New Simulo release announcement

We are excited to announce the new release of Simulo, our user-friendly clinical trial simulator. This release embeds the new Simulo library and includes a few bug fixes. Have fun!

Simulo is now available for free download

We are pleased to announce that Simulo, our clinical trial simulator, can now be downloaded for FREE (yes, you did read it correctly!).
Especially for PAGE, a new version of Simulo has just been released.
And the icing on the cake, this version now includes features that were exclusively reserved to the Expert version.
It is FREE, no training is required and you activate your license yourself in a few seconds.

Simulation course at KULeuven 2018

In collaboration with Exprimo, the Katholieke Universiteit of Leuven is organizing a 2-day simulation course on 9th and 10th of July.

Pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modelling of neutrophil response to G-CSF in healthy subjects and patients with chemotherapy-induced neutropenia

A paper where SGS Exprimo was heavily involved has been recently published in the British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology. Simulo was very useful to evaluate if the PKPD model reproduced adequately nadir values, time to nadir and time to recovery from neutropenia for subjects on chemotherapy.
